At Washington ATA, we have designed a system that includes exercises to keep you in shape, reduce stress and boost your confidence along with teaching you self defense. At Washington ATA, our core concept combines traditional martial arts with a modern fitness environment. This combination results in 'mindful exercises' which improve both your physical and mental health at a time.
